Spectacular new rooms with very beautiful view on the harbour. Alas, the service in the hotel was simply abysmal. 5 nights in the hotel and the room was not made even once! The prices are very high, even in off season. The breakfast was very good. However, at every restaurant during lunch and dinner (paid separately) waiters kept mixing up orders and the wait was very long. The pool in the hotel is tiny and seems like an afterthought. May not be a deal breaker, considering Zavidovo is opening a large Aqua Park nearby soon. The territory is very clean and well maintained and nature around the hotel is simply magical. Very pleasant to walk/ride around. To summarize: when we arrived we were very impressed and wanted to come back in the summer, but after a few days of such service and the overall prices, decided that once was enough.
