Want to ruin your vacation? Go to Radisson Red. This is a place where not only is there absolutely no service, but the staff even find the courage to insult their guests. Before diving into our “amazing” experience, let me say this: yes, the hotel looks good—stylish, new, aesthetically pleasing. But when it comes to service? It doesn’t even deserve 3 stars. Personally, I wouldn’t give it a single one. We’re newlyweds and made sure to mention it to the hotel three separate times in advance. Yet, when we arrived, we were greeted by a young man who managed to insult us with an inappropriate joke about the political situation before we were even checked in. In the room, there were no congratulations waiting for us—no sparkling wine, no fruit basket, nothing. For hotels of even a 4-star standard, this is the bare minimum. When we tried to sort it out, the so-called “gift” was delivered to us only a day and a half later. Yes, they apologized, yes, they extended our stay as a “compliment,” but it didn’t help. Our impression was already ruined. Even their promises were handled poorly and slowly. Honestly, it felt absurd to have to beg a Radisson 5-star hotel to do at least something. Now, let’s talk about room service. If you’re hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony in the morning, don’t count on it. It’ll arrive only by lunchtime, since it takes them 30–40 minutes to bring coffee—despite having a huge team of staff. The same goes for anything else—even just glasses. As for their restaurants: we tried one of them, and there were exactly two other guests inside. We ordered two glasses of sparkling wine and, believe it or not, waited 25 minutes. Meanwhile, staff were everywhere, chatting among themselves, completely ignoring us. The dry cleaning? Only on the second attempt did they manage to do something halfway decent. The first time, there was absolutely no difference at all. I could go on and on, but I think the message is clear. We honestly don’t understand who writes them glowing reviews. For us, this place is nothing but a disgrace to the Radisson brand. And to all the newlyweds out there: don’t ruin your honeymoon! Choose another hotel. Even if you pay more, it’ll be worth it.

Didn't feel the warm vibe in April, perhaps it depends on the time of year. Nice location, but lacks soul, IMHO
