My husband and I took a family room and didn't regret it - we saw the standard rooms open, they are really tiny bed-window. There is also a sofa, a table and some space in the family room. Although the family will also be cramped in it. Plus a glass door to the toilet/shower. There are 4 windows, even 2 in the bathroom, but there is no view, there is a refrigerator, a coffee machine, some kind of fancy huge air ionizer, a bathtub and a shower. All the cosmetics are available, but I was not impressed, the shampoo is just cruel for the hair. Sleeping in the hotel is great, either the ionizer is working, or the bed is perfect. We haven't heard from the club. By the way, the hotel is not looking at the park, you need to walk up the street from the park 3 more houses to get into it. I'm glad I didn't take a room with a terrace. The breakfast is delicious, hot, several types of eggs, fish, cheeses, vegetables, bacon sausages, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, lots of delicious pastries, excellent coffee. It was a birthday, and the hotel didn't congratulate me, which is a minus. The staff didn't notice at all, to be honest, everyone was on their own. Check-in and check-out can be done by yourself. The bar on the top floor was closed, but the terrace is accessible. We walked everywhere, the location is great! We got from the airport by metro, everything is clear, it's easy to figure it out. The hotel has underground parking - 28 euros per night. Parking cars on the street is prohibited throughout the center.

We stayed in September 2025. We know, we love this chain of hotels. In Madrid for the first time. Stylish, clean, conveniently located. The room is small. There is shampoo, shower gel, body milk (none there are no brushes or other hygiene products). Water, a couple of capsules and cream, tea. It's cool that there's a steamer (it was relevant). It will stop for a couple of days completely.
