presentable residential complex: modern design, face identification camera in the entrance, 2 elevators (as in a hotel). beautiful view of the mountains and the Ferris wheel from the window. nearby cafes, restaurants, barbershop, Mega shopping center. the parking lot is not large, although it is marked in the elevator as 2 floors, but it is too small. Cars don't enter the yard. a closed courtyard. one of the disadvantages: in principle, the iron gates of yandex.Transport do not open - it is very inconvenient when moving - it is too far for movers to carry things.

Pros-very good location, nice clean apartment. Cons-it is not possible to get a taxi to the house even to the gate, there are barriers everywhere.
