There was an unpleasant incident on the M6 highway today. I stopped and helped a girl with a broken tire who had no spare tire, no jack, no wrench. I lifted the car on the jack and unscrewed all the bolts, but I couldn't remove the wheel because it was obviously stuck tightly. The nearest S13 tire repair shop on Belusha St. was 800 meters away, and I decided to go get a sledgehammer to knock off the tire. Upon arrival at an empty tire service, when I entered the commorka, I saw an employee on the couch, half-lying on a half-asleep state with a phone in his hands (he was obviously tapping into tiktok, Instagram, or playing tanks). Unfortunately, after listening to the situation, he refused to help. And this is very sad and disappointing, because not everyone is ready to help in a difficult situation, especially for the female sex. Fortunately, at the tire repair on Magistralnaya Street, the guys immediately responded and helped, for which I thank them very much. I hope that in the future S13 will have more responsive staff who are ready to help people.

I would like to leave my feedback. She changed her shoes, stood in line, drove under the awning, got out of the car and waited for the master. Within 15 minutes, no one came up to me, so at that time the master decided to change the tires to his friend, who arrived out of turn. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, I went to the foreman to clarify when I would be served, to which I received an answer in 5 minutes. But I had to wait another 15 minutes, not 5. OK, everything would be fine, after finishing work with a friend, the master continues to communicate with him without paying attention to me. I just couldn't stand it and made a remark, to which I received a rude response and boorish behavior from 2 masters already working at that time. I think if it were a man in my place, they wouldn't let themselves talk like that. It's not pleasant, of course, when customers are treated like this and receive their friends bypassing the entire queue. So I would also like to clarify the exact cost that I had to pay, but I think the amount was overstated in the end.
