A huge human thank you to QueenDog salon ❤️ Honestly, after the previous low-quality experience, I was afraid to take Alan anywhere, so I tried to cut his hair myself.... But now I realized that everything depends on the hands and heart of the master. We were greeted with incredible warmth, there was a sense of caring for a pet, and not just "make and give." Asya got her haircut just super: neat, beautiful, with a soul. But the main thing is a happy Alan! The dog left you not scared, but pleased and proud of his new hairstyle. We are absolutely thrilled. My dog, Kriss, who is usually afraid of such procedures, was calm and even pleased. The only salon my dog doesn't mind going to. They will always greet you with a smile, tell you everything, pick up the earwig and call you in advance. Everything is clear, calm, and professional. I'm subscribed to their Instagram, so they also have master classes and different promotions. What I particularly like and haven't seen in other salons is that they take pictures of pets during the procedure and expose them, it's nice to look at a satisfied face when scratching (although there are questions why this face is not given for combing at home) and they give you a choice to spray perfume or not, and if so, with what kind of smell. In the previous salons where we visited, the default was zipped and that's it. In a word, I recommend it.
