Two weeks before departure on the Bankgok-Qatar - Moscow route, the airline cancelled the flight. The new flight is 18 hours later and with a transfer in Qatar 20 hours (originally it was 3.5 hours). Since we are not from Moscow, all the logistics flew. And in order to enjoy your vacation, 2 hours were spent canceling old tickets and booking new ones. The airline did not respond to messages either by mail or messenger. Thanks to the One Two Trip support service. Since the tickets were purchased through this website, they helped coordinate more or less convenient tickets with the airline. There are no questions about on-board maintenance. But the surprise of the flight cancellation ruined the whole experience.

The best airline I've ever flown. Now we always try to fly Qatar only. It's such a comfort that words cannot convey.:the size of the seats and their comfort, food and service on board. The Internet is free throughout the flight! I sincerely recommend it, Aeroflot wasn't even close.
