If earlier there was a whole piece of white chicken meat in the "crust", now there is ordinary minced meat inside. The difference in quality and taste is enormous. I talked to a representative of the kitchen: they confirmed to me that the recipe was deliberately changed, and there will be no more Kiev cutlets at all. It is a pity that the network is abandoning its best positions in favor of simplification. These cutlets were your thing that you wanted to come back for. I don't see any point in going in now. I hope the management will review the technological maps and restore the previous quality."
