Relax with comfort and a sense of individual approach! We took the Balinese program and were very satisfied with the quality of the procedures. Everything is clean, tidy, the interior is new and relaxing. Massage and Turkish bath are excellent. There is definitely a desire to return

I really liked this place. I found it on Yandex.Maps, I wanted a massage, it was very expensive at the hotel. Bali Pack picked up a two-hour program here. I contacted WhatsApp, agreed with the administrator, and also offered a transfer. The salon itself is beautiful, and the interior design and the craftsmen themselves are real Balinese. The quality of services and the process itself are top. I often visit Thai massage parlors in Moscow, they do everything so well here. The territory of the salon is a separate word, I didn't take my phone with me, but it's very beautiful there. I reached my goal, I relaxed perfectly, exhaled, so to speak. I recommend you to visit. It's worth the money.

2 🌟 due to the disgusting attitude of the receptionist towards the guests.The administrator is Russian!!!I don't know her name-she didn't introduce herself, she didn't have a badge either, and she had a Dreamcatcher tattoo on her back” I've wanted to go to Q SPA for a long time and decided to celebrate my holiday here. In 2 weeks, I booked a SPA program directly and asked if they had a complement in honor of the doctor - they told me "yes" as a gift there is a 15-minute head massage. When we arrived, our tour operator recommended this SPA and offered to go through them, as in addition to our main package, there will be a hot stone massage + facial massage and a round-trip transfer. It turned out to be a little cheaper for money than directly, and we rebooked through a tour operator. When we arrived at the SPA, a girl came out to meet us, she initially did not understand who we were and just walked through in silence, then returned and we ourselves called out to her from which hotel we were. We went to the SPA and then she starts talking about the program and in the end it turns out that we will not have a massage for 70 minutes, as originally booked, but 50 already with stones and a face. I explain that we have specially booked a program with a 70-minute massage, to which she responds - the program that you have from the tour operator is not anywhere at all, neither on our website nor on social networks. If you take it, then the massage is the whole 50 minutes, if you refuse, then pay extra for a massage of 70 minutes. We call the tour operator and she talks to the manager, who tells her that they never sell programs from the website to tourists who travel through travel agencies. As a result, in order to smooth out the situation, knowing that I have a holiday, the tour operator goes forward and decides to take the additional costs for the additional time of 20 minutes on himself. As a result, they did not receive hot stone treatments, and there was no facial massage. In fact, we did not increase the time, but simply changed the package of services and made the original one that I booked directly. When I asked if you would provide a head massage in honor of Dr., I was told, "no, we are making concessions to you." To be honest, I didn't understand which ones, if we paid for everything, they began to clarify about the time - some kind of deception began, they clarified about the compliment - they were refused. Next, I told the administrator that it was absolutely not customer-oriented, and in Moscow and St. Petersburg they would have made a scandal for such a lousy service long ago. To which we received the reply, "we already went to meet you." By the way, for the sake of decency, no one congratulated me on my DR at this institution. You don't need a lot of attention and never mind compliments if it's so difficult for you, but you work in the hospitality industry and your every word and action is the image and reputation of your brand. There are no questions about the services provided - everything is on top, the Balli ladies are smiling, friendly, attentive and talkative. The sauna, sauna, and massage were great! Everything is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and most importantly really private. The price and quality, in my opinion, correspond! I recommend the place, but with the administrator, or rather with her relationship to the guests, you definitely need to do something!
