The hotel is nice, the room has a view of the pyramids. The service is on the level. For 4 stars, everything corresponds to the level. They were allowed to move out later without any additional charges. They helped me order a taxi to the airport. Polite and pleasant staff. I definitely recommend it

The hotel has a beautiful view, the rest is like in hotels ***. The main thing is to take a room with a view of the garden, otherwise it will be with a view of the condee and the window will not open, there are no hair dryers, there are no norms, but also not for the pampered)))) Everything needs to be negotiated and everyone knows how. There are 2 restaurants nearby, with normal service, a bigger menu, some items are slightly cheaper than in this hotel. The local cuisine is simply satisfying, i.e. the calorie content is high))) What else is needed?, in 10 minutes there is an exchange office, a magnita type store, a pharmacy, a boutique of sweets, and local shops, alcohol is only in mini stores, and it is better to take it from a dutik. Be careful across the street, there are no pedestrians and no traffic lights. To the right, there is a minivan bus station 5 minutes away, there are berries from a mobile counter. In general, the hotel has a convenient location. The security at the hotel keeps an eye on where and who is taking tourists, if anything, they can ask your driver where and who he is, if there is a non-tourist transport.

From the good: a beautiful view of the pyramids from the room, from the roof, where the pool and restaurant are located. The restaurant has good service, delicious and inexpensive. The rooms are spacious. I can't say anything else good. It's not that it's not 4 stars, it's not even 2 stars! To begin with, despite the fact that check-in started at 2 p.m., when we arrived closer to 8 p.m., the room was not ready. We waited 40 minutes, tired, from the plane, with the child, for the cleaning to be done. Spoiler alert: the cleaning wasn't done. Just like that. The room was clean, with only bed linen and trash cans. Everything else is enchantingly dirty. There is dust on the walls – I saw it for the first time (in the photo), black spots on the ceiling, dirt on the windows, curtains are already black, fingerprints and palms are on all mirrors and glasses, the toilet is dirty, the floor is mega dirty, there were papers, wisps of hair, etc. The dishes are dirty and chipped (see photo). The air conditioner stinks of mold. When I complained, they told me that there were no other rooms, and they sent a boy who vacuumed on the rug in the center of the room, collected the papers and hair I had pointed at, and left. There is a wide road under the windows, where there are a lot of cars and they are honking! Continuously. If you don't know how traffic is organized in Cairo, there are no traffic lights and road signs, drivers just drive and honk at each other – absolutely everything and all the time. Half an hour later, my head was already aching wildly from this noise, the windows are not soundproof at all. The water in the pool is icy, it is impossible to swim. The breakfasts are dreary, but that's the least of the evils. Besides, Giza is a very unpleasant area of Cairo, there's nowhere to go for a walk and it's just scary – it's dark, there's garbage underfoot, there's nothing to see but the pyramids. You still have to drive to the pyramids, you can't walk directly. You can't get to the hotel from the Giza metro station on foot (there was such an illusion that everything was nearby), only by taxi - so if you take a taxi, it's better from the center. Moreover, taxis in Cairo are very cheap. We moved ahead of schedule to another hotel in the city center, but we were not refunded for the days we did not live there (there was an advance payment). So I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
