Крайне неприятный опыт общения на кассе. После оплаты картой кассир позволила себе неуместный комментарий повышенным тоном о том, что «так платят только на кассах самообслуживания». Это было абсолютно непрофессиональное и хамское поведение. Особенно смешно это слышать, учитывая, что в вашем магазине вообще нет касс самообслуживания. Если бы они были, я бы с радостью пошла к ним, лишь бы не общаться с такими грубыми сотрудниками. Больше сюда не пойду.
