I went to Pushkino for a business lunch today and was very pleased. I'm sharing my impressions on the two points you asked for. About dishes: I took a set lunch. The portions turned out to be full-fledged, as from the usual menu, and not "diet" lunch. The first is a rich soup, it feels like home cooking. The second is hot with a side dish: everything is fresh, not salted, oil is not felt. Separately, I was pleased that the meat is soft, and the side dish is not boiled. A very pleasant ratio of price, serving size and quality. It is clear that the chef takes care of the guests even in a budget lunch format. , About the atmosphere: There were a lot of people at lunch, but the hall doesn't seem stuffy or noisy. The interior is stylish, calm tones, soft light — creates a feeling of comfort, as in a chamber restaurant, not a dining room. The tables are comfortably positioned, and no one elbows their neighbors. The staff is polite, smiling, and everything was delivered quickly (important for lunch in an hour). Very relaxing music that doesn't interfere with conversation. In the end: a great place to have a snack in the center, delicious, in a beautiful environment and without fuss. I'll come back here, especially since the menu looks interesting. Thanks to Pushkino for a great lunch!

We were one of the customers in the restaurant, the music was playing very loudly. And not a chillout, but a very dynamic disco, more suitable for evening events. The room was quite small, so because of the loud music, we couldn't talk to each other, let alone place an order and ask the waiter questions. They asked me to turn the music down, or change it to something calmer. The waiters have a strange reaction, mocking smiles. They made it quieter. After a while, the owner of the restaurant came and asked the waiter why the music was playing so quietly, and then turned up the volume again. We were the ONLY customers in the place all this time. There is no desire to return after this, although the food is not bad. Also a minus is dirty dishes!

The staff really tried to correct their mistake: we were quickly seated at a table and the service was top-notch. The dishes were served quickly, and each one was very tasty. We ordered a lot of things, my husband liked the hodgepodge, and I would like to highlight the cold and draniki, we ordered a set of tinctures from the drinks, the usual ones, I also asked for a Bloody Mary, if it's on the menu, then I definitely take it. Here this cocktail was presented in the breakfasts)))))) I asked for it, and it was done. Tobasco and celery were not present, however, as were salt and pepper. Customers were sitting on the aisle to the toilet and they had to get up to let people through. Clothes were piled up on a type of dressing room due to lack of free space. Great location near the train station. We arrived from the train and after reading the reviews, we wanted to have breakfast in a Suitcase (when we arrived in the suitcase, they told us that they would not be able to receive us, they now have a large group of people from the tour.)
