I've booked a ski coach. They called and said they needed to arrive in 1 hour. I arrived and received the number 70+, and the number 40+ was on the scoreboard. I had to wait 2.5 hours. He just didn't do it. In the windows for ski delivery. There is 1 person working in each window and it is super slow. The queue is crazy. We are not ready for the influx of New Year's holidays at all. The coach was very experienced and had a good training session, taught me well. The inventory is in good condition. But 2 windows with queues of 2-3 hours is darkness!
