We stayed at the hotel at the end of February, and were absolutely delighted. We booked a room with access to the lounge, and it was the best solution). All rooms have access to the lounge overlooking the sea, breakfast is served separately on the second floor, and it is simply magnificent (red fish, good cheeses, juices, berries and sparkling wine). Tea/coffee with sweets is served during lunch. We never went out, because after such a breakfast I was hungry only in the evening. In the evening, cocktails and snacks are served in the main restaurant. Snacks are a full-fledged dinner, as there are rolls, hot meat dishes and salads. And a huge selection of alcohol in unlimited quantities. The rooms are decent, the cleaning is good. A great pool and a good beach by Pattaya standards. Very attentive and courteous staff. We were in Pattaya for the first time, before that we had rested in Koh Samui, Krabi and Phuket. And if it wasn't for this hotel, then the rest would have been ruined, since Pattaya is not our format. The Pullman saved our vacation, leaving a very pleasant impression.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/17/2026 to 08/27/2026. A great clean hotel with a small but cozy territory. There's everything nearby, markets, lots of massage parlors, 7/11, and Tops. In walking distance of the "Temple of Truth" shopping center. A songteo runs from the hotel once an hour to Terminal 21, where you can take local songteos further. The sea is nice and clean. The beach itself is cleaned well, it is very noticeable. You go to the left to the Condo and a little further, the beaches are dirty, to the right too. Pullman has the cleanest. We lived in an additional building, the rooms there are better and more spacious than in the main building, we went to visit and compared them. The breakfasts were excellent, there was enough for everyone. If you wish, you can eat at the hotel during the day - the Beach Club is open, but we did not use it. The Long Beach hotel is nearby, I really liked it, the guests described that the rooms were worse and the breakfasts too. There is always a desire to return to Pullman.

The hotel, in my opinion, is a strong 4 out of 5. During the rest period, the main pool was under restoration, and there were not enough sun beds. The coastline is very small and uncomfortable. The food at breakfast is not very diverse, it's the same every day. Tables may not be available at 10 a.m., especially on weekends when locals come to rest. Otherwise, the rooms are normal, but tired, we lived in a standard. But the cleaning and the staff are without complaints. Guided tours and the convenient location of the hotel saved us.
