Very bad service!!! Never clean, need to call 10 times just to change towels. Never stay there, my first and last time. Personal is very rude, ignoring requests and reception never answer calls, delayed checking to 5 hours and 30 minutes

Paris welcomed us with a special comfort for the fifth time. We stopped here during a break between flights to sunny Italy. The room was booked through the official Accor Live Limitless website. I would like to note the high level of service and the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the window of our room on the seventh floor. We will be happy to come back here again!

I spent a week at this hotel. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Good accessibility to city transport, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself has an old renovation, but it looks neat. The rooms are well cleaned. Good and delicious breakfasts. In the evening, the restaurant has a long service.
