The hotel grounds are very green and cozy. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops, cafes, and a shopping center. I really liked the breakfasts, you can always pick up everything you want. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little tired, but not critical. I liked the hotel!

We booked a 5* hotel in the hope that it would match them, but there is no word at all. We had a rest with my daughter together and at first we were put in the most terrible room, all the walls and ceiling were damp, there was a musty smell in the room, and the bed linen was also wet, the taps were leaking in the bathroom, and they barely turned on, the rooms were old, definitely in need of repair, the cost was too high for such a quality hotel, the territory beautiful, excellent spa, but very expensive, the food was meager, since the hotel itself was very large, I constantly had to wait for the dishes to be replenished, there were a lot of people, there was little food, but delicious donuts were fresh, there were no seafood, fruits of 2-3 kinds, salads, and vegetables were also very few. The doors didn't work well, they didn't close normally, everything was old, the cards were constantly unblocked, it's not clear why, and you can only leave in the elevator by applying these cards. They asked us to move out of this damp room to another one, we were moved, but right next to the Infinity pool, where music was playing loudly all day, the room was already better and newer, as if, but the bathroom had the same story, a plumbing problem, and water was flowing on the floor from nowhere, and also a wet bed and there is moisture in the whole room, previously we lived in two other hotels, this was not the case, there is something to compare it with. My 10-year-old daughter and I were not allowed to go to the Infinity pool, although it is not written anywhere on the website that 16+ is, since the beach is very dirty and it was impossible to swim because of the big waves, we were very disappointed. As a result, we checked out of the hotel after staying there for a couple of nights, and left for another one. The money was not returned to us for the remaining 5 nights, minus 50,000 rubles from our pocket. Please know that this particular hotel does not refund money, such are the conditions. But we found out about it after we were dissatisfied with this hotel. The hotel definitely doesn't cost that much money, there are much better options, and even cheaper.
