The bank is located at 51 Kurchatov St., Mariupol. I got a loan from a bank at 35a Mamina Sibiryak St., although I live on Kurchatov Street. I didn't apply for a loan from Kurchatov, because something went wrong with the operator.I closed the loan ahead of schedule. I came to the bank today, 03/31,2026) and asked for a certificate stating that I had paid off the loan. Two female operators started shouting at me in two voices that they did not know how to issue such a certificate and I did not need it. I remarked to them that Ksenia, the operator, worked for them and she was loyal to customers. To which I received an offer to go to the other side of the city, where Ksenia is currently working. And they have only thanks from the residents and bonuses from the management. I received a pension through the PSB, but after repeated rudeness from the same operators.earlier, I transferred my pension to Sberbank. I advised my husband and my neighbor too. The manager helped with the registration of the certificate.I did everything in 5 minutes. I am grateful to him. Considering that I recently had a stroke, I didn't come out of the bank in the best condition.
