I am glad that the situation has changed for the better. The guards' more respectful attitude is impossible not to notice. We were also pleased with the cashiers, who began to serve more quickly. It's nice that the feedback has been taken into account and the service has become more professional. Thank you very much.

It's probably the worst bank I've ever seen. The guard deserves special attention. Cerberus does not understand the essence of his work, he lets in 1 person every 10 minutes just to give a ticket. Apparently, the person doesn't quite catch up with the fact that the device is doing just fine without it. He is rude, pushes people away with his hands, expels everyone from the room in the cold, even the elderly on stilts. There are not enough cashiers to serve the public, but the girls call the bank's customers to sell some of their shares.... Disgusting. I just don't understand where to write a complaint about the organization, so I just stopped using all the services of this bank so as not to be nervous every time. There wasn't an oasis that I wouldn't stand in line for at least 40 minutes.

I would put an even lower rating, but less is not given! To pay for communal services or some mandatory payments, you need to go through 3 circles of hell!!!! The first is to figure out who is in which queue, take a queue and try to stand it, which is already impossible for workers!!! The second circle of hell is listening to the discontent of others against others, even going as far as physical showdowns. Well, the third one is the low efficiency of cashiers!!!! It is very interesting when the leadership of the State Bank of the LPR will stop saving and open another branch??? I believe that this is a real lack of respect for my clients and negligence to work ((( I have never managed to pay the first time: they take it very slowly, then lunch, then you need to spend 3 hours of your time to stand in line (((
