I live in the house next door, I come here almost every day. The main advantage is that it's really close, you don't have to drag yourself to the hypermarket for bread or milk. The assortment is standard for a convenience store. The prices, of course, are slightly higher than in online stores, but you have to pay for the convenience. In general, a normal working option is when you need to quickly buy small things.

I have encountered a violation of the Retail Rules in your store. When trying to purchase a piece of lard (a weight product, without film and individual packaging), the seller refused to cut off the required amount, arguing that "no one will buy a small piece."And to my answer that she was "legally obligated" to give at least 100 grams, even though I asked for 300 grams, she replied "That she knows how much to sell to her." I would like to remind you that in accordance with the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Belarus (Council of Ministers Resolution No. 703), goods sold by weight must be sold in the quantity requested by the buyer, and refusal in the situation under discussion is a violation of consumer rights. The lack of packaging and individual packaging means that the product belongs to the weight category, and the seller was obliged to comply with the request. Such actions negatively affect the store's reputation and create the impression of unwillingness to serve customers properly. And I'll warn others for the future and give you some advice: go down to the Kuntsevshchyna metro station and there are excellent sellers working in the passage who will cut off a small piece of you and won't say a word.
