We rented a house for the first time on a "Weekend", and celebrated my mother's birthday with my family. House number 4, a very dirty toilet and shower, there was no toilet paper, the trash can was full, the ants made their own house in the shower. There are three cutting boards in the kitchen and everything is in terrible condition, dirty and smelly. A sponge for washing dishes in soot and grease. In general, the smell in the house is unpleasant and the walls (logs) are covered in dust and cobwebs. It looks beautiful, but there is no cleanliness. We checked in at 13:00, the firewood was delivered to us by 15:00 only. There is no stove. The service is not very good, to put it mildly. My review is not meant to ruin the reputation of Provikend. But I would be glad to learn about such little things, which are not small things at all.

It feels like we got to Crimea!!!! A wonderful transition from a spacious parking lot to the beach along a shady alley with benches. A small but clean and cozy beach. (Employees are constantly walking around and cleaning up filled trash cans) . A good shallow part for children's swimming. Pretty clean water and a good sandy bottom without sharp stones. I would like to have more sun loungers, because it is still a quest to book them. But it is also convenient on your own mats, you can find a place even in the shade, even in the sun, even during rush hour. There is a cafe with fast service, a good and delicious beach menu (fries, barbecue chicken, barbecue, beer, water, ice cream, salads, pilaf). The order is announced loudly. There is a bar area right on the beach. Special respect for clean (odorless!!!) toilets with toilet paper! Rest can be comfortable, as it turned out, a couple of km from Brest! Respect!

We had a rest at the base quite recently. In general, the impression is good, but there were a few BUTS!!! We rented a coastal gazebo, someone was relaxing in front of us, and unfortunately, there were traces of rest (cigarette butts and torn packages). I understand that there will be no perfect cleanliness in the gazebos, they are still outside, but at least it was possible to wipe the lampshades on the bulbs before renting them out. They're still above the table (and there are so many dry insects on them, I didn't really want to see it all on my plate). And it's not just in our gazebo that there is such a picture, but in the upper ones too (according to vacationers in other gazebos). After all, the rental price is not small. But in general, the territory is well maintained, the view is excellent.

The toilet is clogged, the shower is clogged, the water is not draining well. The refrigerator is not only small, but also completely!!! So the freezer is still barely working, but the refrigerator is not. Apparently, they have a problem buying used cars for 100 rubles. A bundle of firewood is five logs a day, the rest is for money. To take linen for two - 60 rubles. In two days, they paid 740 rubles for two families. For such a service ..... RUDENESS. What is written in the Internet resources does not correspond to reality! We rested here for the first time! And the last one!!! Disgusting!!! I'll think about it, maybe I'll "get in touch" with them.

But, when renting a house and a bathhouse, you count on cleanliness. There's sand in the sleeping area, the whole house is covered in cobwebs, and even the trash hasn't been taken out of the bucket. The banal bread baskets were served at the end of the evening, when there were no cold snacks. The fries were also raw and white .People were unhappy, the total amount was considerable. It's just dirty everywhere. The toilet did not work, the pouring bucket flowed, the water did not drain in the washbasin, the bath could not be melted from the word at all - the temperature does not rise. The smell of sewage in the house. We will not consider rest at this base anymore. The price-quality ratio does not match.

Well, one of the obvious disadvantages is that they initially called the price 460 with fishing and with a certain number of people, and upon arrival they asked for 520 (by the way, a set of underwear costs 60 rubles) . If you want to celebrate your holiday here and rent a house, then think a few times. One of the advantages is the opportunity to make noise after 12 and that's it. Prices are rising, but house repairs and equipment replacements have not been carried out for several years. It doesn't fit in my head how houses that are designed mainly for summer holidays may not be equipped with normal refrigerators, at least of medium size... There's a good refrigerator in the Instagram photo, but it turns out that only one of the 6 houses has one, and the rest are micro-fridges with nano-freezers that can't hold food!!! Everyone writes about uncleaned houses, it's true, there's dirt everywhere, cobwebs, dead flies and dust in the corners, the dishes are also stale, the grill went through the Afghan war. The air conditioner was faulty during our stay, which made it impossible to sit at a table inside the house, because either you would die from stuffiness or condensation would drip on you. Staying in the house for the night is paid extra, but the bed linen is stained, there is one roll of toilet paper in the toilet for 20 people and there is no soap, shower gel OR ANYTHING. As a result, in order to have a comfortable rest, you need to bring a KAMAZ of things with you.... I don't understand how the owners can have such an attitude towards their business, the impression is extremely negative....

I've been to this location several times. All the times it was birthdays. It's not a bad place to arrange an informal event. Gazebos of different price categories with brick stoves near each, in more expensive ones it is possible to cook on fire and inside. From what was noticed of the disadvantages, these are polycarbonate roofs over swings and other similar structures (it doesn't look very good, and there is no shadow under them) and small difficulties to leave in the evening if you are not in a personal car. I didn't rest on the paid beach, so I can't say anything about it.
