I applied a few years ago, but still decided to write a review. I contacted you about the noise of the self-winding bearing in Tissot watches. The master looked at it and said there was no such bearing, he said he would try to order, but it was noisy but it worked adequately. But he offered me to do the maintenance (complete with disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, etc., etc.) for, let's say, not cheap. I agreed and it was my mistake. After THAT, the clock stupidly stopped for a while, then it was late. In general, I went there 6 or 7 more times. The master explained that oil had dripped somewhere and it was preventing the watch from working properly. As a result, the hours passed. But the crown was spinning very tightly. And even at home, after the first time, I noticed that the arrow on the power reserve dial, after the watch stops, does not show zero. That is, he did not assemble them correctly. To my remark, the master replied, well, it's necessary to completely disassemble the watch, it's not that easy to fix it. In general, it remained that way. Everything has been fixed in the Ziko shopping center in Minsk. The watch has received the easiest and most comfortable winding again, and the hands are in place. Of course, the service in Minsk is not just not cheap, it's expensive. I'm wondering why I needed this, because the clock was running and working perfectly, just the bearing was making noise. I contacted this workshop again. The master is really neat and can do a lot, I agree that he is probably the best in Grodno, but sometimes he can climb where he does not pull. Well, he doesn't want to fix his mistakes later. Something like that. Can I recommend a workshop? Yes. But if it's a branded watch, expensive, unusual or something like that, and there's a lot of repair, it's better to save money right away.

I applied to this repair on the recommendation. I needed to polish the lock of the metal strap from the Tissot watch. There are no questions about polishing, all the scratches have been removed. But...no one said that a layer of matte coating is also polished from the original designation (around the letter "T"). When I picked it up, I was unpleasantly surprised. I think that at least we should warn about such things!The polishing chips have also not been completely removed.
