I really like the glasses, but there were some unpleasant "nuances" during the order. For example, the receipt indicated a production time of up to 10 working days, but the date itself was more than 10 days.days (for a whole week). As a result, the glasses were not manufactured in either one or the second term. A week after the planned production date, I decided to clarify the data by phone - they said that the glasses were not even ready yet, although they had previously announced that they had been handed over to the courier. Later, the manager changed her mind and announced that the glasses were still ready and would be transferred to the optics. As a result, there was a lot of confusion and confusion, disappointment and violation of deadlines (and for me they were important).
