As you can see, we're a big fan of pancakes with chicken and mushrooms! We prayed to all the gods that they would be left after the renovation. The staff is excellent, they will always prompt you, conduct a round trip and, if necessary, help you in any way they can! Everything we tried was delicious: schnitzel, risotto, the aforementioned pancakes, bruschettas, drinks (coffee, fresh juices, cocktails). We are very glad that we discovered such a pleasant place!

I share my opinion about the bistro "Prosciutteria" at Petra Mstislavets, 8, which recently opened after renovation. The interior has retained the same atmosphere, but has become more spacious due to increased seating. The menu is varied: there are breakfasts, lunch offers and the main menu. The portions in the lunch are large, the prices are average. From the ordered: · Tom yam with shrimp (27 rubles) — delicious, with plenty of seafood, but there was very little broth. · Draniki (12 rubles) — made from frozen semi-finished products, they seemed a little greasy and salty. Sour cream is not enough. · Hungarian goulash (18 rubles) — not impressed, the dish was not finished. · Cabbage salad (12 rubles) — fresh, balanced. · Drinks (Americano and freshly squeezed juice) are not bad. One of the significant drawbacks is problems with ventilation: the smell of food is strongly absorbed into clothes. The place may be suitable for a leisurely breakfast or lunch, if you choose proven positions. However, the kitchen is for an amateur, and it is better to solve the issue with the hood.

I had been to this place several times before (more than six months ago) and had not very pleasant impressions, when choosing a place I always campaigned to go to another one, but by a happy coincidence today we stopped by with a friend for breakfast at prosciutteria, I was pleasantly surprised, the menu became larger, there was a choice, the dish was very tasty!! (Previously, when I was there, I didn't even like the dishes ) Therefore, I advise you to take a look if someone does not work out here like me! I was at this place with my husband yesterday. I would like to note that we liked absolutely everything: from the atmosphere of the establishment, the service, to the delicious and well-fed cuisine. I was very pleased that the waiters know their cuisine well and can recommend a dish that suits the request. We ordered branded pizza, beef tartare, salad with pears and gorgonzola cheese. Incredible fun! The waiter Maryan was very friendly and served us. This is an institution that you want to return to again.

This is our favorite place! We especially adore the summer terrace – we come again and again for it. Delicious cuisine, original drinks and desserts, which are impossible to refuse. A separate plus is that the waiters are always very attentive and helpful, and you feel like a special guest. And there is also an amazing atmosphere here: the music subtly adjusts to the mood, sometimes cheerful, sometimes relaxing – ideal for any meeting. The price-quality ratio is excellent. This has been our choice for years! A wonderful , cozy and atmospheric place. Delicious food and excellent staff! It has not ceased to be relevant for many years, including due to the fact that the guys are constantly improving and growing - this is both the menu and the concept. In the warmer months, it is especially popular here - the tables on the terrace are never empty, themed parties with a DJ and a separate menu are held periodically. 🔥 And in the cold season, it's so cozy to sit inside on comfortable sofas and treat yourself to a delicious meal and drink in an atmosphere of pleasant music and comfort. We have repeatedly visited this institution with a young man and every time we remain absolutely delighted! From the main menu, I really liked the Greek salad, pasta carbonara and our absolute favorite of desserts - pistachio cheesecake. We also tried the author's pizza with pear and truffle honey on occasion - the most unusual and very successful combination for me personally, I would like to see it in the main menu in the future. We would also like to express our gratitude to the staff and highlight the waiter Marjan, who patiently and delicately answered any question that arose.

A larger selection of interesting alcohol 🍷 We were with the family personally and we just wanted to eat, "we were delighted with the pizza," but the whole family joked that "sweet potato" was in the top. We stopped by for dinner. The hall was about half full. I had to wait for the menu. We ordered pasta carbonara, ravioli with prosciutto and ricotta, tea, raspberry basil lemonade. They didn't ask about the order of serving the dishes. First, tea was brought, followed by ravioli, so that the second guest could look with hungry eyes, then pasta with lemonade came after a while. The hodgepodge is complete with service. We also noticed that other tables were served water in glasses after ordering, but we were not offered it. Now about the food. A small portion of ravioli. The dough in them is thick and brittle, they are dry in themselves, and there is not enough juiciness. The pasta sauce, as it seemed to us, had been prepared sometime before, not at the time of ordering. We are cooking carbonara at home, and we very clearly saw the consistency of the sauce that we heated up. The fresh sauce is thin, but this one was thick and dry. At the next table, the guests could be heard commenting on the desserts, which were also not prepared as expected. It can be seen that the idea of the establishment was once cool, which is only worth a passage through the wall to the bathroom. Perhaps then the taste of the dishes was different. Speaking of the toilet: It's something that doesn't match an establishment with a restaurant claim. I think the quality doesn't match the prices on the menu. I wouldn't come here a second time. The total receipt was 78 BYN. It's not worth it.

Our family vacation at the lighthouse began with the search for the perfect place for lunch. We found the prosciuteria on the Internet - the reviews were mixed, but we decided to take a chance, and it was absolutely the right decision! We found a table for our whole extended family (5 of us with a baby) in the prosciuteria without any problems. The waiters quickly brought a high chair for the child, and the menu was so varied that both my husband and I and the children were satisfied! The children liked the pizza - the choice is huge! We ordered pasta with shrimp and beef tenderloin. In the first few days we tried to have lunch at other establishments, but in the end we came back - we really liked it! The waiters were friendly and attentive to all our wishes, they were sympathetic to the whims of the baby - this is valuable) We will definitely come back to you next time!

We arrived in the evening on 04/20. We ordered 2 dishes, which are cooked for at most 15 minutes. At the time of our arrival, there were people, but they were already eating and leaving. It was just the two of us and two other people. At this point, the order had already been placed 10 minutes ago. As a result, with such a small number of people, the dishes were carried for 40 minutes! It does not take so much time to fry fish and cutlets, no matter what kind of restaurant they are. It was delicious, but in the end I already wanted to get up and leave.

I really liked the pizza! Something non-standard is not from the series of ordinary pizzas that we are used to ordering. Thin crispy dough, generous filling with delicate sauce and fresh aromatic herbs, and dried tomatoes gave the pizza a special piquancy. Eccellente! Bravo!
