The Internet is lagging and disappearing every day, while it is impossible to reach the subscriber department, as soon as the call queue approaches, it is reset. If it still succeeds, then the call center staff is rude and talks in raised tones! If you repeatedly contact technical support with a request to solve the problem of sudden outages, the application is marked as unfulfilled, and they do not want to continue their work. When dealing with other issues, such as payment, they start to shift between departments and eventually disappear! The Internet may not be available for 5 hours and, if you're lucky, get through to tech support. they will answer you "let's turn it on now" and they will hang up. They explain their technical problems with constant "dudos attacks by enemies" and they say they can't do anything about it. We switched from this shit provider and breathed a sigh of relief!
