Absolute lack of customer orientation. Neither "hello" nor "goodbye". There are three girls working, no one greeted or helped with the choice. It certainly leaves an unpleasant impression. Two stars for the assortment, there is a small selection of souvenirs, as well as quite large departments of books for different ages and different categories.
