We are staying at the Proleto Hotel from 16.07 to 23.07 The staff is kind, helpful, and the receptionist, Ekaterina, is a great smart girl! The hotel is new and it's already 5 stars. Very cool. There are minor bugs that are fixed very quickly. The day manager is a very polite lovely girl Ekaterina. The night manager will always respond if you need anything. The sea is 1 minute away. Sun beds and umbrellas are free on the beach. Towels are provided for the beach. There is a swimming pool on the neighboring territory, you can use it. There aren't many shops, and it's a long way to the market. But there are canteens nearby that are very cool and delicious. Private dining room, if you exit the hotel onto the road and turn left, there is a small shop and a sign in the courtyard of the dining room. Wonderful people cook magical kebabs, borscht, eggs and much more. We returned there constantly. If you go a little further away, there is the dining room of the Abkhazian courtyard, and even further into the courtyard there is another dining room. Very good and delicious. They also offer meals in the Lobby, order breakfasts and dinners. We took dinner once. Relatively tasty, the tough meat failed. If you're going back, you should definitely come here. A wonderful vacation. Dolphins were seen every day, jellyfish washed up on the shore. The sea is wonderful. Eucalyptus trees, the smell is wonderful, especially after the rain. The hotel is normal. Still under construction. The room has everything you need (air conditioning, hairdryer, electric dryer, balcony dryer, mini fridge). There is a TV, but it hangs, then loads, then does not load. Cooler and kettle on the 1st floor. The iron is on the floor. Washing clothes (if you need to) 300r. Towels are provided for the sea. There is a grocery store across the street, and there are shops further down Oktyabrskaya Street. The administrator, Ekaterina, and her assistant, Evgeny, are friendly, calm, and answer questions in any way they can. They even communicate with children. In general, in Abkhazia, a good attitude towards children is pleasant. The cuisine is normal, you will not stay hungry. We had breakfasts and dinners. There are dogs and cows on the streets, there were no cows on the beach. The dogs are calm, they didn't touch us and we didn't touch them. The dogs were even fed. The sea was cold, only the last two days we were completely at sea (the water was +23). And so we swam in the pool. The locals are normal people (with respect) They can also help/ prompt you in any way. Overall, we liked it! The nature is beautiful, especially in Gagra. Thanks!
