We spent 2 weeks in June at the Pro Leto Hotel and are ready to leave our flattering but really honest review. The hotel looked clean and beautiful, the rooms were bright and spacious, our room had a bed, 2 chairs, a table, a wardrobe, a TV and a mini fridge. Empty decanter and 2 glasses. There is nowhere to get water, only in the dining room. There is no kettle listed in the room description, it is somewhere on the floor, but it cannot be found. As there are no shelves in the bathroom (photo), and it is not clear where to put your shower accessories, there is no toilet paper holder! (photo). Of the storage areas in the room, only a medium-sized closet. There are no places to put your things, no shelves, no bedside tables (we used a refrigerator) . There are no chairs on the balcony either. There are wires sticking out everywhere, in all places (photo). The room was cleaned only 1-2 times in 2 weeks. But, they took out the trash and made the bed every day. The bedclothes were changed after my request on day 6, but they are changing to day 5. They found an ANT on the sheet, it was not the only one!!! (PHOTO ATTACHED) Our breakfast was paid for, the food is monotonous and tasteless, the same menu every day, no variety. The view from the window from all sides is not beautiful: the trees that cover both the sea and the mountains. The sea is nearby, a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is a plus star. There is an outdoor swimming pool, but it is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The pool is large (photo), 160 cm deep, heated, the water in the pool is clean. But this pool belongs not only to our hotel, but to three other nearby hotels, so there are always a lot of people there. There is no territory of its own. The power was turned off 4-5 times (tip: turn off the freezer in the refrigerator, otherwise there will be a flood), weak water pressure! I give you a second star for the work of the administrators. P.S. If you live here, it's better to rent a car, because minibuses run only along the Sukhumi highway, and it's 1 km away.

The girls in the kitchen cook delicious food, not greasy, light, we have breakfast included, so I can say that their breakfasts are hearty and delicious The hotel is still under construction, but it's already good! The room has a shower, towels that are regularly changed, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony with clothes dryer, mini fridge, smart TV The beach is 200 meters from the hotel, got out and walked I also want to mention the kebab shop, which stands right next to the hotel. Roma cooks very tasty meat and vegetables Everything is fast and efficient, the prices are adequate He cooks right in front of you Lyulya kebab is just something! Juicy, delicious, nothing superfluous Roma the magician
