I rented a car at the end of April 2025 for 3 days. The Mazda Verisa car is right-hand drive. Pros: the owner responded quickly, and the next day he came and picked up the car. Cons: the deposit is 10000 rubles. (in other offices 2000-3000 rubles), well, this is not the main thing, the main thing is that it is not the fact that you will be refunded in full. When explaining the terms of the contract, the owner paid special attention to the speeding point above 90 km/h (60 km/h in populated areas) and explained that if there were fines, he would withhold them. There is a telematics system in the car, keep in mind (it tracks the position and speed of the car). In fact, in 3 days, several times when overtaking (a common occurrence for every motorist) on the highway, he accordingly exceeded the speed by not much 102-103 km/ h, and in those places where there were no cameras recording violations (100% there would definitely not have been a fine for him), and the exceedances were short-lived 30 seconds, as they say, he overtook and immediately dropped the speed is up to acceptable values. He took all this into account and decided to fine me himself. Moreover, when arguing with him, he first referred to fines, then realizing that my arguments were that there would definitely be no fines in the places where he recorded the excess, there were definitely no cameras on the map, he simply said that he would fine anyway, giving ridiculous arguments that he cares about the technical condition of the car (as if at 102 km/h the car it will be worse than 90 km/h) in general, it became clear that he wants more money in addition to the initial agreements. As a result, he deducted another 2,000 rubles from me for 3 speeding offences, which would have cost 500 rubles together if they had come to him. In general, it hurt that we initially agreed that if there were fines, he would collect them in accordance with the current requirements, but in fact he just fined them as he decided, and in fact there were no fines and there will not be. By car: the car is 4 with a minus, there is a smell as if dry cleaning had never been done there, given that the car is rented. There was a smell when the air conditioner was turned on, and we drove with the windows open. Fortunately, it was spring and there was no heat. In the summer, I think if it doesn't serve, it won't be very pleasant, given that the car basically has an old smell. In general, I recommend that you think before contacting this host. If you are ready to rot in the heat behind a Kamaz truck on the highway for fear of overtaking and exceeding the speed by 11 km/ h, or you need to be prepared that it will still keep a couple of thousand rubles from you, then you are here. I asked about the rental in the evening with a request to provide a car for 1 day. I was very pleased that they immediately responded, announced the conditions and sent a photo of the car, and also agreed to give me a ride closer to my location. The reception of the car was accompanied by an exhaustive and necessary explanation of the rental conditions and instructions on how to use the car. The car itself is in perfect condition and with excellent dynamics (I took a Mazda Veris). I recommend the service as the best in terms of conditions and most likely cars. Excellent service! The car was brought to the hotel and taken from there. A pedantic approach! The car is clean, technically sound. They reminded me to take a photo and video fixation when taking a car. The contract is not filled in hastily. Everything is clear, minute to minute!
