We rode a catamaran on Nemiga, a rental point near the Sports Palace. The whole impression was spoiled when paying and issuing vests. The woman who serves (a retired Soviet-era grandmother) has no idea about the culture of communication. It is very strange that such people work with our population, and even in the center of the capital!!! I think the owner of the rental office should take recruitment more seriously! By the way, the young guys who directly board the catamaran are quite friendly and cultured.
