Writing I have come from Çanakkale for the clutch-flywheel change of my 2021 model Superb vehicle. My car came to a private service for the first time. Until now, I have been making all the transactions at the authorized service center so that the good faith guarantee does not deteriorate. As for the Professional Special Service team, their craftsmanship, personality and honesty are really tremendous. I feel lucky to have met them. Ridvan Usta, Muhammet Usta and their youngest Ahmet Usta are very friendly and knowledgeable people. The washing team was also very interested. The parts used in the transactions were square coded, bar coded and completely original products. Their workmanship is really very successful. They have become quite professional in this business because they make clutch-flywheel changes in 3-4 vehicles per day. You can easily ask everything that is on your mind during the procedure. I didn't see any sourness of face or apathy in any way. I was really pleased. If I have a procedure again, I will definitely drop my way here. Not forgetting; the breakfast and lunch they gave in the morning were also very tasty.
