In this pavillon, the service is terrible, the sellers are rude, there is no culture of service, a body kit and low-quality goods are the norm in this so-called Store.The management has a big minus for the oversight.

I disagree. The team consists mainly of elderly women. Rudeness, and even more so, body kits were not observed. Personal hostility should not be a characteristic of the entire team.
