I had a massage and was absolutely delighted. The staff was friendly, the massage therapist took into account all the wishes, the massage was great, like being born again) After the procedure, we were treated to coffee with macaroon, which is nice. The atmosphere and service are excellent. I recommend it!

I would like to thank the entire staff of the ProCebya center for your efforts, for their responsiveness and individual approach to each client, starting with the first PROPER consultation at your center. During these 3 months, I not only lost weight by several sizes, but also learned to control my water balance, my bad habits and get high from playing sports. Thanks to Alexander Galagan for these 3 months of working with me, for not having to completely change my diet, but simply correct some nutritional gaps and at the same time feel great. I want to thank the PRO Center for its comprehensive and truly working approach. I came with the task of just losing weight, without any special tasks. In the end, the result was even better than expected. In a few months, I lost 9 kg of weight, built a clear meal schedule and menu, and also felt a lot of lightness in my body, especially in my shoulders, where there were clamps and tension for a long time due to sedentary work. Special thanks to the specialists who worked with me. Thank you to Nikita the nutritionist for not just “taking a diet oath”, but for building nutrition according to my rhythm of life. Now there is a clear system: what, when and why to eat, without constant hunger and stress. Alexey and Maxim for the gym classes, for methodically strengthening my lazy jo** and increasing my stamina. The exercises were not random, but tailored to my tasks and capabilities. Thanks to Andrey and Alexey for the massages!!! They've worked out the shoulders and back perfectly. After the course, the clamps went away, it became easier to move, and the overall feeling of the body improved. I especially liked the comprehensive approach to yourself, which is not just “lose weight at any cost”, but the system - nutrition, gym, massage.
