When accepting the order, the operator clearly outlined the time limit - a maximum of 1.5 hours of delivery, adding that they would try to do it faster. After 2 hours, we called ourselves, and were told that the courier was "on his way." When asked directly if the pizza would be warm, we received a clear affirmative answer: "Yes." In reality, the delivery took 3 hours and 40 minutes. Everything was brought completely cooled down. It's not so much the annoying long wait as the misleading information. Trust is lost, I will no longer order here, as well as the guests who were waiting for pizza.

Quite often I order pizza from you and everything is fine. But today I was in wild shock. I ordered a pizza "Cream cheese with a cheese side 40cm". The delivery was fast, but what a shock it was when I opened the box, there was a hair on top, and it would have been fine if there had been one, but after a while we pulled out two more hairs (short blond hairs), but the surprises didn't end there either, we found a piece of plastic in one of the pieces in the cheese side..! How is that even possible? Both adults and children ate pizza... to say that I'm shocked is an understatement.
