I ordered a bouquet of roses, after a short time I ordered another bouquet (on this day), wrote that the budget was the same and asked to choose other flowers for one person from different family members, asked to take a photo before sending. As a result, the bouquets were first sent to the wrong address, the photos were not sent before shipment, when they finally arrived at the right address, it turned out that two absolutely identical bouquets were just a failure! I wrote to the chat where the correspondence was, they didn't even apologize. Although I have made several orders in the last 3 weeks.

As a result, they brought the wrong color and a completely different orchid! How is it? At the same time, the calls were not answered? Half an hour later, we texted TG with apologies that the florists had decided to send another orchid, as the one I ordered was of poor quality!
