She opened a completely blank notebook and replied that we were an "unprofitable client." Why couldn't you just politely refuse?? This is an ugly attitude towards people. Take the time to arrive, but the situations are different, it's not always the organization of a Holiday ... in our case, it was just that. And this is an extra stress for an elderly person who is in grief. I kindly ask you to pay attention to my feedback from the owners of this establishment. A reputation develops over the years, and such an attitude destroys everything created at the moment.
