Hello. On 06/05/26, I applied to this branch of Prior Bank for a money transfer in Belarusian rubles to a foreign legal entity's checking account under an agency agreement. After several attempts to make a transfer by an employee, I was refused. The bank employee argued that the transfer was not going through for reasons she did not understand. I needed to make the transfer on that day, but I was refused to withdraw cash from my account to make the transfer at another bank due to the lack of money at this Main Branch. The bank has put me in a desperate situation. By not making this transfer, I could lose a large amount of money. I myself have repeatedly offered the bank's staff various solutions to my problem, as the staff constantly repeated to me that they could not help me in any way. In search of a solution, I spent 3 hours in this bank in an extremely stressful state... As a result, I asked to contact Minsk for a solution, and only then did the issue of my transfer begin to be resolved. But even after that, the staff did not immediately manage to make the transfer. And I heard that indifferent thing again: it doesn't go away... The reason for the problem with the transfer turned out to be the bank's fault: the bank "did not rename" the beneficiary in its program, which is why the account number did not match the account holder's name. This problem could have been solved much faster. In addition, for this transfer of funds for the purchase of a car, I was charged a commission of 100 rubles instead of 40 rubles. I previously considered the bank to be very reliable. Extremely disappointed.

An excellent bank, it is very convenient that there is a place with a computer for bank customers where they can independently fill out documents, declarations, etc.

The bank may be good, but there are employees - to apply for a loan, you will have to go through seven circles of hell: the documents are accepted by a "postman" who cannot explain anything and passes them on. Narrow specialists check documents sequentially, that is, before the first error, instead of looking through everything and giving a complete list of missing or incorrectly executed documents. As a result, it took almost a month and a lot of nerves and health to apply for a home loan.
