I came across this printing house on work issues. Fortunately, I didn't have time to place an order. Communication with the employee left an extremely unpleasant impression: I was confronted with rudeness, an incorrect tone and an unprofessional attitude towards the client. Instead of constructive dialogue, she received unfriendly communication and a lack of basic politeness. I believe that the customer service in the company requires serious improvement. Personally, after such communication, I lost the desire to cooperate with this printing house and recommend it to others.

06.11.2024 I applied to the salon for a photo for documents, but, unfortunately, I was refused because of the clothes. An employee in a sharp form informed me that it was impossible to take a photo, since I was not in classic clothes and not in a dress, although I was wearing a plain black T-shirt under a sweater. There are no such restrictions in the requirements for a photo on a green card, but even they did not agree to take an ordinary photo without processing. I am disappointed with this approach to clients.
