The rating is given only to the room in which he lived, there are very different rooms in the hotel. The room is very large with a great view from the window. Good towels and bed linen. Inexpensive laundry services (items are returned in 4-6 hours). One of the disadvantages is a modest breakfast without fruit (only apples). Wi-Fi was practically not working, I used the mobile Internet all the time. At first, they gave me a room on the ground floor with furniture in holes, expensive ones under the window and masking tape on the ceiling, but after the request, the room was changed (this would hardly have been possible in the season)

We rested for 9 days, the only plus is the view from the window, the rest is only cons, the pillows are terribly uncomfortable, it's very dirty in the room, especially in the bathroom, breakfast is cooked on Monday and fed with it until Friday and the most interesting thing is, we saw a huge cockroach in the toilet, the size of a finger, killed, brought at the reception, they said "sorry", the pool is very dirty, there is mud floating on the bottom. We left earlier for a couple of days, about the refund for those nights that we did not spend the night, we replied "well, write to the mail, they will answer you"
