It's a great place. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Cozy houses - it is clear that everything is done wisely and with love. There is everything you need and even more. There are two summer kitchens with verandas on site - you can cook on your own if you wish, and there is a pool for children. Lots of greenery, a large garden. The beach is just huge, no need to jostle with the neighbors. The water is the purest. In general, if you are not a fan of nightlife, then the place is just perfect for a relaxing family vacation. And if you are by car, then Gagra or Pitsunda are just around the corner if you wish.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2024. It's a very peaceful and cozy place. Everything was clean and tidy in the house, there is a small veranda where you can have a quiet coffee in the morning. For those who do not want to eat in a cafe, there is a kitchen, you can cook everything yourself. The road to the sea is smooth, there is no need to walk through the mountains along the valleys, it takes about 15 minutes. I really liked the large beach strip, unlike Adler, you will always find a place to stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful people. If you want to enjoy nature, take a break from the hustle and bustle, come, you won't regret it.

We had a rest with family and friends. I came to Avito by accident, but we didn't regret coming here. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful place, far from the hustle and bustle. The sea is within walking distance, 10 minutes. The territory of the hotel is spacious, there are 2 kitchens, with enough dishes and places for meals. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sinks in the kitchen. There are also washing machines where it is fashionable to wash clothes without any problems. There is a shower outside, where after the sea you can wash the sand off your slippers and rinse yourself. There are enough places to accommodate cars. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The hosts are helpful and kind. Our every question and request was answered immediately. They work for the comfort of vacationers. The sea is the purest, most transparent, standing at depth, you can see your feet. Pebble beach. If you arrive by car, you can drive to the nearest towns of Pitsunda and Gagra in 10-15 minutes. We really enjoyed it! If we plan a trip to Abkhazia next time, then only to this hotel.
