I specifically called and asked if there was an accum available, they said "yes, come tomorrow, it will be at the office at 13:00." I arrived and was informed on the spot that there was no stock, I need to order and will arrive in a week, although in other stores it takes 2-4 days. As a result, I wasted my time, I needed it urgently, and the result was that I ordered from competitors and 2 two days down the drain. I would not be surprised if your company's orders are marked not in the CRm system, but in the barn book

I ordered a touchscreen for Samsung, I looked at the picture on the website without reading the description, since the picture had both a suitable color and a model, they called me back to clarify the order, I clarified that I needed white for Samsung. We said goodbye. A couple of days later, a gray touchscreen came to me, I went to check my order and it turned out that I ordered gray, although the image was white (gray in the description, and white in the picture), well, I thought 50/50 fault: I didn't read the full description, they don't keep the site up to date. But I remembered that when the store employee called, I accurately specified the color WHITE (there is a recording of the conversation). After that, I called the store with an offer to replace the product, because their fault is greater. To which I received an answer saying no problem, but sending back and forth is at my expense. By the way, one-way delivery costs 4.5rubles and the product itself costs 6.5 rubles. From which we can conclude that for the money for delivery, I could buy 2 more touchscreens IF the operator listened to what he was being told, otherwise why call at all. In general, I was dissatisfied with the communication with the store, they do not make concessions, even if they are guilty.
