On the plus side: the rooms are clean On the downside: the TV does not work, the room was not cleaned for 2 days of rest, and hygiene supplies were not provided on the second day. The first day there was toothpaste, but on the second day there was none. Kitchen,. They could give you a decent breakfast for that price. The service is zero! The pool could be cleaned early in the morning before the guests woke up, but no! Cleaning at 9-10 a.m. On the day of departure, before 12:00, we wanted to swim in the indoor pool, but we were asked to leave because they would be cleaning the pool and it was 10:30. That's it! We left 200 thousand tenge for two rooms for 2 days, plus lunch, dinner, beer, whiskey, drinks, in short, 320-350 thousand went. But one disappointment! More 🙅♀️

Yes, the Kazakh service is still far from even the Egyptian one. We were in this area from 13.02 to 15.02 , the room is clean and tidy , there is no safe for storing valuables ( for such money it costs 30 thousand per person for two days 120 thousand ) , the TV does not work , the toilet water in the tank is barely filling, the toothpaste is very poor quality , for two days we never towels have not been changed . Breakfast was included in the price, but it's breakfast for a child , the portions are scanty . There is no barbecue , the prices on the menu are simply space . You think if the price is expensive, it should probably be delicious and satisfying, but x.. I swam there . Even if you order guira lagman for 4000 tenge, it will not differ in any way from what they sell for 2500 and it is also not tasty. Guys, there's a Uighur district where every second professional is a lagman cook, how come the price doesn't match the quality? A separate topic is music at 8 a.m. on Sunday , imagine if you stopped by on Saturday with a group and spent the whole night drinking , in the same pool with music. And then in the morning they turn on the music at full volume , the tin is full . The very concept of this recreation area was probably not poorly thought out from the beginning, I think so, but something went wrong, well, it does not correspond to the amount they are requesting . I would give a maximum of 20 thousand per person per room.

The recreation center is excellent. On 31.12.2025, a festive dastarkhan was laid. After that, there were dances around the Christmas tree and fireworks. Outdoor and indoor pools. Special thanks to the cook and all the staff and the administration. The breakfasts and menu are varied and delicious.
