A very nice hotel in Mariupol, where 4 years ago there was practically nothing! During the stay, we noticed both the pros and cons. Positive: 1. Great nutrition! You can rent rooms with breakfast included and in the evening choose from a variety of dishes for a certain amount of what they will cook for you. If you exceed this amount, you will have to pay extra. You can also take lunch and dinner (even in the room) for an additional fee. The prices are not low, but reasonable. There are several restaurants across the street from the hotel where you can also eat. 2. Room cleanliness and service. The room was cleaned every two days and at any time at your request. You can also ask for a washing basin and an air freshener for free. 3. The number itself. The room has a TV with online movie theater subscriptions, air conditioning (which is very important for southern regions) and a soft bed. Minuses: 1. Lack of noise insulation. There are usually few customers in the hotel, but if someone lives next door to you, then you will not willingly hear every word and every step clearly. 2. Location. The hotel is not located in the city center, not far from the private sector. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to the sea. Results. This is one of the few open hotels in Mariupol. The disadvantages are not so significant, because you will rarely be in the room itself, because the city is full of interesting things! I wish the residents of Mariupol a speedy full restoration of the city, prosperity and a peaceful sky over their heads!

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip for 3 nights. The hotel is new, everything in it is new, and there is still a smell of "cheap, Chinese" building materials. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: slippers, towels, a large wardrobe, a kettle with tea and coffee, a TV, air conditioning, everything is in working order! In the bathtub: shampoo, soap, dental kit, excellent pressure in the shower! I had breakfast included. Breakfast is ordered in the evening, the guest is offered 6 types of breakfasts, from porridge, scrambled eggs, to chicken schnitzel with fries, I was surprised, honestly, on the first day I was at a loss what to choose from such a variety😊👍 There is a cooler with cold/hot water in the hallway, as well as 3 Wi-Fi stations on each floor, so that everyone has enough☝️ I liked everything, I will recommend it if someone goes!

The review will be aimed at the tk sauna, we chose this hotel only for its sake. We've been here before, we liked everything, it's unreasonably expensive, but for lack of anything else to do. The rooms are good, it's strange that if a husband and wife need 1 bed, then the room costs more, stupidity, but again as it is. They tearfully asked for the sauna, even though it was free, but they didn't want to give it to anyone, because there was no one to clean it up later, they went to a meeting and gave us time, everything was perfect to the smallest detail, the sauna was clean and had a pleasant smell, towels, slippers, towels on the beds, a bathroom, dishes, a TV well, there are no words, it was done with super the approach of care!) but the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi... I saw it and didn't climb in anymore, the raid on the Jacuzzi is worse than at the bottom of the lake, straight out of the mud, and if you understand that the Jacuzzi is a big tub, then you don't even want to think about who we climbed into it after. The food is good, the staff is polite!)
