We booked 3 nights in this hotel at the end of September 2023. We were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is new, cozy, and comfortable. The room was standard, with a sea view. A huge plus is a large balcony and stained glass windows, a kingsize bed and air conditioning. The water pressure is excellent. High-quality furniture, clean towels and bed linen. Friendly staff. I have the most pleasant impressions. The sea is across the street. Clean and calm. There is a good supermarket on the ground floor and a great khachapuri in the Sukhum cafe. Have a good rest, everyone. August 2025. We re-booked the hotel and came to rest for a week. The room is standard, with a balcony. Added to the room : clothes dryer, bathrobes and slippers, breakfast on the 1st floor of the hotel, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach in a designated place. Breakfast includes porridge, two fried eggs with bacon, tea or coffee to choose from. Every day there is a different porridge and a second course. It seems to be a minimalist breakfast, but it's quite satisfying, since the porridge portion is large, cooked with milk, plus an additional second course. In the store, while breakfast is being served, you can buy juice for it, pastries and sweets for tea. There are new sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, free of charge for hotel guests. Every morning, a young man named Adgur sets up umbrellas and sets up deck chairs. Attentive and friendly. The hotel presented us with a bottle of Abkhaz champagne as a compliment from the hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. With gratitude to all the staff of the hotel.

Galina and Vladimir. Moscow oblast. We had a rest together for 14 days from 07/30/25 to 08/23/25 in a 2-bed room with a balcony and sea view. The room was spacious, everything that was written in the description was in excellent condition. The hotel staff was very friendly, all requests and wishes were not ignored. Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed linen was changed every three days. The beach is a total of 100 m from the hotel, it has its own sun beds and deck chairs, there is also excellent attention. Breakfast with obligatory porridge, and the second varied (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheesecakes, pancakes), coffee. Everything is fresh and delicious, thanks to the cafe staff. There is a shop on the ground floor of the hotel, next to a cafe. Due to low mobility, they could not afford long excursions, but for a fee they went with a local resident to New Athos and Sukhum. We are happy with the rest, thank you for everything!!!

I stayed at this hotel last year, and I still fondly remember every day I spent here. A cozy, green place with an incredible atmosphere of tranquility and the southern sun. The hotel itself is located on a street with a poetic name — Humanistic, and it really reflects the mood: it's warm, homely and sincere. The rooms are clean, with everything you need, the territory is well maintained, with plenty of places to relax. The sea is just around the corner. The hosts and the administration are responsive and friendly, always ready to help and suggest where to go and what to try in Abkhazia. If you are looking for a place where you can reboot and feel the real southern hospitality — you are here. I'm already planning to come back!
