A very comfortable and cozy place, there is a separate room for stretching, and another for fans of horizontal bars and crossfit! And for fans of MFR and muscle massage, the gym is equipped with a large number of rolls of optimal stiffness and balls. There is also an additional set of modern handles for working in blocks. An infrared sauna is available in the changing rooms.I haven't found any disadvantages yet.

You will always be awake and active during her training! The gym is located in the city center, everything is available to keep yourself in good shape! The gym is equipped with the necessary equipment, there is a coffee bar where you can drink coffee, including sports nutrition! The solarium is good, each locker room has an infographic sauna, which is very helpful in relieving fatigue after a workout! There is a stretching room separately! I recommend it for those who want to be in good shape!
