But since I worked at the MFC and understand something about the laws, they couldn't deceive me. The deception is that, in addition to local car insurance, I was required to provide a technical inspection certificate. The inspection was completed last year and I did not have a document, they demanded a fine from me or to pass a technical inspection in Astana, they wanted to send the car to a parking lot... In general, it's a vicious circle. I'm not stupid, I've read the local laws and.. Oh, the miracle!!! There's nothing for it, it turns out they fine me and send me to a parking lot. And yet, they can go into the database and find a document about passing the inspection!!! So be careful and don't let yourself be fooled. 😉
