I haven't been able to pick up my parcel for the 3rd day. There is one queue for paying orders and one for receiving/sending parcels. The service staff is rude and freaks out, solves personal problems in the workplace. They serve customers very slowly (4 people per hour at best). Also, the building itself leaves much to be desired, everything is covered in cobwebs, dirt, dust. It is a pity that the staff is not even able to remove the elementary cobwebs. I didn't notice any advantages, I never picked up the parcel, since the queues are cosmic, consisting mainly of paying customers.

Terrible slow service. The competence of the employees is at zero. Personal negotiations at the workplace. A nightmare, not a post office.

A large and currently stupid building, I don't even know why to go there, personally I wanted to top up the account of a local telecom operator, but even there there are queues!!!!
