If you describe this department with the 1st word, it will be: "Fear". Employees behave extremely boorishly, insult, express themselves incorrectly, and exceed their authority. They refused to accept the parcel because there were inscriptions on it. They offered to buy a box from them or buy black garbage bags to pack the parcel there. They ignored us for exactly 15 minutes, the staff calmly leave and enter without paying attention to the customers. I would like to appeal to the authorities with a request to replace employees at this OPS. I do not recommend this department.
