We stayed at this hotel from 01 04.2026 to 05.04.2026. I really liked the hotel. Especially the customer-oriented attitude when booking a hotel early without prepayment. This is very important when booking early, as it is not yet possible to purchase train tickets. Thank you for this option. I really liked the cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are great. Special thanks for the food, as in the sanatorium. The hotel had a buffet for breakfast and dinner. It's better not to take risks with meals in other places, especially since the hotel has well-organized meals. No complaints. Despite the fact that we arrived out of season, the loggias and balcony furniture are in perfect condition. There are air conditioners. There is a clothes dryer. In general, there is everything for living in a hotel, do not take anything with you except yourself... the sea is across the street, the hotel grounds are wonderful. Now, what I didn't like: the hotel didn't have a swimming pool, there were no recreational services, no bar, no catering, no room service, almost no Internet, and therefore you couldn't watch anything on TV, just no television on the antenna. Therefore, take all the entertainment with you. PS: I also want to mention the professional work of the reception manager. The check-in is so thoughtful that it seems that we are completely alone in the hotel. There is no saving on the best rooms, they don't put everyone in one place, with a free hotel out of season. It seemed to us that they were settling, even taking into account their age. This is important, because all season people go for peace and quiet relaxation. Thanks! Conclusion: despite the 4*, we put this hotel in the 5* hotel line. We sincerely do not know why the hotel is not yet 5*. Next, we're going to the Garden Resort Gagra to see if it can compete with this hotel :). We definitely recommend the hotel from the first to the last day without complaints. After all, it's not the "stars of the hotel" who do good service, but the people who create this atmosphere in it. Thanks again to the hotel staff

Отдыхали в Порторице с 30 июня по 6 июля 2026 года. Отель очень эстетичный и продумано все до мелочей . Раньше на месте отеля был санаторий «Геч». Номера комфортные. Есть все необходимые принадлежности и чайная станция. По приезду, 2 бутылочки 0,5 с водой ждут в номере . На этажах в гладильных комнатах располагаются куллеры с водой. В номерах тщательно проводят уборку ежедневно . У нас был номер стандарт с видом на море . Очень красиво . Море располагается в минутной доступности от отеля . В лобби отеля для посетителей емкость с лимонной водой, в свободном доступе. Питание выбрали полупансион с завтраками и ужинами . Формат - шведский стол. Еда вкусная, фруктов на выбор 5 позиций точно, но не хватало рыбы и море продуктов .За неделю проживания один раз подали на ужин форель и селедку. Десерты подавали , только на завтрак . И можно было бы добавить вино на ужин на шведской линии, все таки 4 звезды. Плюс огромный , что ресторан находится рядом с атриумом на улице , где размещены столики , за которыми можно поужинать. Анимации заявленной на сайте нет и расписание не достоверно по анимации. В отеле анимации совершенно нет. Также на сайте заявлено наличие кинотеатра под открытым небом , его тоже нет. И водный аттракцион на фото на сайте тоже отсутствует, но пляж чистый и в свободном доступе для постояльцев шезлонги и зонтики, а также пляжные полотенца. По желанию за доп. плату возможно взять сап в аренду - 500 р и прокатиться на банане или ватрушке. Бар работает только при отеле в лобби. На пляже и у бассейна , как написано на сайте бар не функционирует. В пешей минутной доступности чудесный магазинчик «Чайка» , где можно приобрести вино и прочее необходимое, милая очень продавец . Отель подходит для спокойного , семейного отдыха, очень дизайнерский , но меню в ресторане хотелось бы , чтобы доработали и анимацию добавили. И еще один момент , мы приехали около 13:00 . Заселение в 14 часов . Нам сказали , что номер готов , но если мы хотим раньше заехать нужно доплатить. Либо подойти через пол часика. Ничего абсурднее я не слышала. В остальном отдых чудесный , отель новый и если вопрос анимации не принципиален и выше перечисленных вещей , которых стоит доработать , рекомендую . Для детей есть в доступе детская комната, в общем весь персонал вежливый . Очень удобное расположение , рядом с границей.

We chose a hotel based on a photo, but we ended up in a fairy tale.Very cozy, clean, peaceful hotel.The sea is across the street. Delicious and varied cuisine.Polite and calm staff. Special thanks to the administrator Renata. From the moment we checked in, and every day with a smile, she patiently made up a schedule of excursions for us, answered all our possible questions about where, why, what and how. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to take a break from the big city. We were in April and it was nice to warm up in the sauna and swim in the warm pool. The portorica deserves 5 stars in all respects. Thanks again!
