We stayed at this hotel from 01 04.2026 to 05.04.2026. I really liked the hotel. Especially the customer-oriented attitude when booking a hotel early without prepayment. This is very important when booking early, as it is not yet possible to purchase train tickets. Thank you for this option. I really liked the cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are great. Special thanks for the food, as in the sanatorium. The hotel had a buffet for breakfast and dinner. It's better not to take risks with meals in other places, especially since the hotel has well-organized meals. No complaints. Despite the fact that we arrived out of season, the loggias and balcony furniture are in perfect condition. There are air conditioners. There is a clothes dryer. In general, there is everything for living in a hotel, do not take anything with you except yourself... the sea is across the street, the hotel grounds are wonderful. Now, what I didn't like: the hotel didn't have a swimming pool, there were no recreational services, no bar, no catering, no room service, almost no Internet, and therefore you couldn't watch anything on TV, just no television on the antenna. Therefore, take all the entertainment with you. PS: I also want to mention the professional work of the reception manager. The check-in is so thoughtful that it seems that we are completely alone in the hotel. There is no saving on the best rooms, they don't put everyone in one place, with a free hotel out of season. It seemed to us that they were settling, even taking into account their age. This is important, because all season people go for peace and quiet relaxation. Thanks! Conclusion: despite the 4*, we put this hotel in the 5* hotel line. We sincerely do not know why the hotel is not yet 5*. Next, we're going to the Garden Resort Gagra to see if it can compete with this hotel :). We definitely recommend the hotel from the first to the last day without complaints. After all, it's not the "stars of the hotel" who do good service, but the people who create this atmosphere in it. Thanks again to the hotel staff

We chose a hotel based on a photo, but we ended up in a fairy tale.Very cozy, clean, peaceful hotel.The sea is across the street. Delicious and varied cuisine.Polite and calm staff. Special thanks to the administrator Renata. From the moment we checked in, and every day with a smile, she patiently made up a schedule of excursions for us, answered all our possible questions about where, why, what and how. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to take a break from the big city. We were in April and it was nice to warm up in the sauna and swim in the warm pool. The portorica deserves 5 stars in all respects. Thanks again!

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday with your family! Everything is new, from the renovation of the building to the hangers in the closet! The staff is attentive, they immediately try to help and solve any requests promptly! The buffet is no frills, there is something to every guest's taste! The chefs are really good, they cook deliciously, you always want to try both! There is a bar in the lobby, the prices are democartical, in order not to rush to the store, you can have a snack without leaving the checkout counter. Modular sauna / steam room, it is very convenient to make an appointment at the reception, 1.5 hours is enough for the whole family to warm up and plunge into the pool. With a relaxation room, you can take cookies and honey with you, there is tea and coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean! On YouTube, you can watch a movie in the evening, put on a cartoon for children. It is located in the outback, if by car, then 20 minutes and you are in Gagra. In general, it is not a problem to order a taxi, they will take you and bring you. There are grocery stores nearby. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. It's wide and has sand, and there's a bungalow, too, but it wasn't in season yet. A children's room with toys, balls, a TV for cartoons! There is a massage, the courtyard is very cool for evening gatherings in the fresh air. A show program is being held in the restaurant in honor of the holiday! One minor disadvantage is that the Internet is lame, falls off, and catches poorly. The solution is simple - put away the devices, detox, read a book. Parking is also available, there is a barbecue area, we did not take it, but everything is there, roast meat, drink wine! Beauty! I highly recommend it to all those who do not need noisy parties, the epicenter of traffic, but who need relaxation, sleep well and slow down! Good luck to all!
