12.07.23 около 9 вечера пришли в данное заведение, отстояли очередь. Подошли к девушке на кассе, поздоровались и вежливо сделали заказ, девушка, бурча и не поздоровавшись сказала, что нет ничего из нам нужного. Попрощались и ушли. Проблема не в том, что не было пончиков для нашего заказа, а в том, что «ни здрасьте, ни до свидания», еще и с недовольным лицом. Из-за такого персонала нет желания возвращаться.

Ожидание и реальность... Если одни ещё более менее выглядят, то вторые это нечто. Брала как дополнение к дню рождения, стыдно даже как-то такое приподносить.

We arrived on Sunday at about 10 pm. At the entrance to the institution, the girls said they were closed. When I asked about the work schedule, they answered that they work until 11 only on Saturdays and Fridays, although Yandex says that they are open until 11. And in the work schedule (I attach a photo) it is written that Sat-sun work until 11. An unpleasant situation, given the fact that we went specifically to eat donuts in the evening. I hope the owner will either write the work schedule of the institution correctly, or find the reasons for this behavior of employees. Thanks
