We had a family vacation in Polyana in May 2026. I really liked it. Eco houses are ideal for sleeping (- no noise insulation). Well-maintained territory, cleanliness, shared kitchen, barbecue area, playground , 2 frame pools, deck chairs, Internet throughout, free Parking. To the sea 3min. There are almost no cars nearby - silence and clean air. The house has a spacious refrigerator, air conditioning for heat and cold, good tap water pressure, both cold and hot, a TV with YouTube)), clean linen, white towels. There is shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper in the bathroom. A cool terrace with a table and chairs. Price-quality is still one of the best offers on the market. In general, it is an ideal option for a relaxing holiday. I recommend.

Отдыхали в «Поляне» с 8 по 20 июня. Место произвело очень хорошее впечатление: чисто и красиво. В пяти минутах ходьбы — море, рядом живописные горы, а также улица с множеством магазинов и столовых. На территории есть два бассейна, отдельная кухня, огороженная территория и место для парковки автомобилей. Также мы были с маленькой собачкой — размещение с питомцами оказалось комфортным. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать Татьяне и Елизавете! Татьяна очень нас веселила — с ней было очень приятно общаться. В целом, «Поляна» — прекрасное место для тихого отдыха. Рекомендуем!

We had a rest for the May holidays in this beautiful place. If you need silence and beautiful nature, you definitely need to stay here. The sea is just 3 minutes away. The beach is large and clean, due to the fact that the sea is cold, we admired the beautiful sunsets. There is a shared kitchen that has absolutely everything, as well as a barbecue area. The cottages are clean, the bedding is soft, it was a pleasure to sleep, the towels are snow-white. The staff is very friendly, they were greeted with a smile.

Great new houses. The room is spacious. There is hot water, Internet, and a set-top box (online cinemas, YouTube). There is a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. There is a shared kitchen, barbecue, mini Playground. Ideally, I would like more greenbacks and basik on the territory. It's not far from the sea. There is a mini fruit and vegetable tent nearby, but the prices are higher than in Moscow. Just like on the main street. Don't go to the Mandarin Canteen, the range is small and self-service, and the prices are the same as in the surrounding resorts.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions about my vacation at the Polyana eco hotels. I wanted a measured, calm, quiet rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nature, mountains, sea and all that, as few people around you as possible. Choosing this hotel, I was not mistaken, I got all this 10 out of 10. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The location of the hotel is on a quiet street, which is very convenient, there are no crowds. The houses are clean, cozy, everything you need is available, I was very pleased with the wardrobe with a mirror (how many hotels there were, there was not much noise). The territory is spacious and clean. There are two swimming pools, sun beds, umbrellas are very convenient when you don't really want to go somewhere in the heat. Not least, the staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the maid Tatiana, a very pleasant, bright person who keeps everything clean and tidy, will prompt and help. The administrators are Jivan, Lisa, and Misha, who promptly resolve all issues and find an individual approach to each guest, with whom it is simply a pleasure to chat. You guys are the best. An ideal option for a relaxing holiday. Will I go back there again? 100% yes.
