Due to my illness, I visit the clinic regularly. It's hard to say anything. There are a lot of questions, there is not enough space for everything. We need to continue repairs, continue computerization in our age of artificial intelligence, and do something about the long waiting times for MRI and other examinations (I waited for an MRI due to illness from September 11 to March 3). By the way, I had done it for a fee three times before and, tired of paying, decided to try it for free. Doctors have become better (although of all the polyclinics in the city, there are probably the least doctors). I would also like to point out the strange need to stand in line twice with a sick leave: to see a therapist (even if it's time-limited) and to sign with the head of the therapeutic department, who has her own appointment at that time. This has never happened before. Of the good things, I would like to mention a large parking lot, a very well-maintained territory, and cleanliness in the clinic. It's clear that people are trying. I really liked the new website for ordering coupons. Finally, there is an opportunity not to stand at the reception from 7 a.m., or even earlier. In conclusion, I would like to hope that after all, when visiting our 5th polyclinic, patients will receive only positive emotions, and doctors will be more friendly.

We've made mistakes in our diagnoses more than once, and it's especially funny when the first doctor puts one thing and the second one does something completely different. if you need to undergo a medical examination or consult a doctor, it is better to do this at least in the first clinic.
